PRZEMYSŁAW WŁODARCZYK

is a licensed tax adviser and a graduate of the Jagiellonian University, department of Law and Administration. In the course of his studies he graduated from the School of American Law, accomplished legal adviser training in the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Cracow. He worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for 5 years, one of the largest tax consulting companies in the world.

He specialises in advising on property tax, income tax, tax proceedings and administrative judicial proceedings, implementation of tax efficient structures for financing business activities and carrying out restructuring and transformations. He has participated in numerous tax audits, which allowed his clients to identify significant tax savings. As a part of tax procedures he has advised large companies in order to minimize the risk of under-payment of taxes. He represents taxpayers during tax and legal inspections and also before the administrative courts.

Michał Kłodawski

is a legal adviser and a graduate of the Jagiellonian University, department of Law and Administration. He has extensive experience in corporate services of commercial law companies, in the area of civil law, intellectual property and copyright, press law, recovery and collateral. For more than three years he worked for one of the largest law firms in Poland Kochański, Zięba, Rapala and Partners sp. j. based in Warsaw.

He provides comprehensive legal advice to entrepreneurs, in particular in the field of contract law, economic law, labor law and personal data protection (GDPR). He also provides regular legal services to health care providers, especially in the areas of medical law and public procurement law, as well as represents these entities before the National Appeals Chamber (KIO) and the Provincial Medical Event Adjudication Commission. He has extensive litigation experience, representing clients in court proceedings.

In the field of contract law and intellectual property law, including copyright, he provides advice to clients implementing the project as part of the World Exhibition EXPO Dubai 2020. He also provides comprehensive legal assistance to foreign investors in Poland - from establishing a company, through developing the necessary internal procedures (e.g. AML policy, GDPR), to constant support in current matters.

Andrzej Kłodawski

is a legal adviser and a graduate of University of Lodz. He completed judge's training and passed his judicial exam entitling him to perform the duties of a general court judge. For more than 30 years he has worked as a legal adviser in Fiat Auto Poland S.A. As well as being as Fiat’s in-house lawyer, he has also operated as a freelance lawyer for more than 20 years.

Not only has he got broad experience in the field of commercial company law, civil and labor law, but he has also successfully advised some of Poland's largest companies, from the textile and metallurgical industries. He has extensive experience in managing legal issues of large, international companies as well as handling business matters that arise on a current basis in the scope of a company's activity.
